Dear readers,

at Düsseldorf’s shoe fair GDS I noticed a guy wearing orange galoshes. I entered the booth and discovered the first German galoshes named COVY’S.

COVY’S is a start up from Düsseldorf runned by managing director Christian P. Schmid, who spent quite a time to invent his galoshes from scratch.

From my point of view, COVY’S are a real alternative to SWIMS, featuring a higher side wall for more protection and a more flexible sole.

A heel and a cap-toe add elegance to the galoshes.

They are easy to be pulled over your shoes and come in sizes from s to XL+.

Colors are black, grey, white and orange.
