Please buckle your double monks!

I often see pictures of some sprezzatura guys leaving the second strap on their monks unbuckled.

I have to tell you that I don't like it, 'cause it looks too sloppy in my opinion.

For me it's not looking fly but trying too hard.

What do you think?

Do you buckle? And what's the reason that you don't?
